We are a North Carolina-based law firm specializing in plaintiffs' personal injury and wrongful death cases. With 10 lawyers working as a team, we offer representation in multiple practice areas, including personal injury, nursing home neglect and abuse, medical malpractice, workers' compensation claims, social security disability and eminent domain. Our goal is to provide careful and customized representation to protect our clients' legal rights and help them through the healing process.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Paralegal in our personal injury division. The Paralegal will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as comminication with clients, setting up insurance claims, obtaining medical records, drafting complaints, discovery, motions and other legal documents, scheduling depositions and trial preparation.
Qualifications
- Law and Legal Document Preparation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong research and document review abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in personal injury or related areas of law is a plus
- Paralegal certificate or degree in Paralegal Studies is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
